Sources and method.
Every rule on these pages and in the packs comes from a public page we stored, with its date and digital fingerprint. The scenarios and questions are our own.
How we build the packs
- We read the original pages and documents of the regulators and agencies, not other people’s summaries.
- We keep a copy of each, with the date and its SHA-256 fingerprint, so we can show what it said that day.
- Every statement of a rule carries a word-for-word phrase. An automatic check confirms the phrase is in the stored copy; if it is not, the build fails.
- The scenarios and questions are ours. They use invented people, businesses, domains and bank details.
- Written with AI from the official sources listed on this page, and checked word for word against them. If you spot a mistake, email hello@aptiaskills.com.
What we could not confirm
- The BLA register of providers was still being compiled when we read it (page dated 19 October 2026), so we cannot say which providers or activities it will list.
- The stored pages do not define “an expert working in cyber security”.
- The text of the Estate Agents (Education) Amendment Regulations 2026 could not be stored: the legislation site does not allow automated downloads, so only the page naming the regulations is stored.
- The training.gov.au copyright page says its content is shared under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International, and that use must carry the attribution “© Commonwealth of Australia.” The unit files themselves carry a “© Commonwealth of Australia, 2024” notice. We quote and map the unit with that attribution and do not reproduce the whole training package.
