The “Talk to us” form

We keep your work email, the one choice you make on the form (which fits you), the page language and, if you came from an ad, the campaign name that was in the link. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Opus Vault keeps the list in its own database at Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site; Cloudflare may store it outside Australia. The list does not record your IP address, and we do not sell or share it. We use it only to email you about licensing these packs.

If you license a pack

We receive no names, results or certificates of your participants. The files run on your own computers. Your attendance registers and results are yours, and your privacy duties for them are yours. The pack’s checklist tells you not to keep more than you need.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email hello@aptiaskills.com. Controller: Opus Vault, an Australian business, ABN 85 543 288 407.
