Practice and training only
Our courses are practice and training. They are not legal, medical, immigration or professional advice, and they do not replace the official information for your test. Always check the official source for your test.
No guarantee of a pass
We do not guarantee a pass, a score, a certificate from anyone else, a job or a visa. Results depend on you and on the test.
No affiliation
Aptia Skills is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any exam body, regulator or government. Their names are used only to say which test a course is for.
Our material
The practice material is ours. Do not copy it to resell or republish it. You may use it to study, and you may link to us.
Using the site
Use it fairly. Do not try to break it, overload it or collect its content in bulk. We may change or remove a course at any time, and we try to keep information correct but cannot promise it has no mistakes. Tell us if you find one: [email protected].
Waitlists
Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and not a promise that a course will open. What we keep is explained on the privacy page.
Prices and refunds
Every price is shown, with tax where it applies, before you pay. The refund and withdrawal terms for a paid part are published here before that part opens for sale. Nothing is for sale today.
Your rights
These terms do not take away any right the law gives you as a consumer, including the Australian Consumer Law.
