What does the plan cost, and what does it include?
A$199 for 10 certificates over 12 months. Buy more plans for more staff, up to 5.
A$199 per plan · 10 staff · 12 months
- 10 staff certificates (A$49 each if bought one by one).
- A private register page with a CSV and a PDF download of every certificate: name, role, date, score, number and a refresher date.
- A training plan template (PDF here, and a printable page).
- A staff link: your people open it, pass the free test and claim a certificate with your business name on it.
- Seats can go to contractors, interns and volunteers, who also count as personnel.
How does it work?
- You pay once and get two links: a staff link and a private register link.
- Staff open the staff link, do the lessons for their track and take the free test.
- On passing, they claim a certificate that names your business. It costs them nothing.
- You open the register and download the CSV or PDF any time.
What is in the register, and who sees it?
Only what each person agrees to share, and nothing about their answers.
- Name, role track, sector, date, score and certificate number, and whether the certificate is still valid.
- Never their email, their answers or their payment details.
- Each person ticks a box that says the firm can see these details before they claim.
The register page has no password: it is a long link that cannot be guessed. Keep it like a key. If it leaks, email us and we will change it.
Why AUSTRAC suggests a register
- AUSTRAC expects you to "use a register to record completion dates and track when further training is due". [S1]
- AUSTRAC: "Maintaining a training log or register can help make sure that" all relevant personnel have been trained, you can identify who needs refresher training and you can demonstrate compliance to AUSTRAC. [S1]
- AUSTRAC examples of training records: who completed training (names, roles, teams), what was delivered (topics, format, content version) and how understanding was assessed. [S1]
What does the plan not do?
It does not make your business compliant. Your own AML/CTF program must describe your training, and your people must also learn your own procedures. See the full mapping.
