A 4-week CBT study plan.
Four weeks, about an hour a day. Weeks 1 to 3 follow the blueprint's weights, biggest areas first, with 10 minutes of numeracy every day. Week 4 is two full mocks in real time and a review of every wrong answer. This plan is our suggestion, built on the NMC blueprint, not NMC advice. [S5]
