Who sells it

What you buy
One editable Word file (.docx), «NDIS policy and procedure kit», filled in with the answers you give before paying. They are starting documents for you to read, adapt to how your organisation really works, sign and keep up to date. They are not legal advice, and they do not guarantee the result of any audit, inspection or registration: auditors and inspectors also check what you actually do.
Price and payment
Core Module kit: A$197; Core + SIL kit: A$279. One-off payment on Stripe, our payment company. Prices are in Australian dollars. Stripe can send a receipt and an invoice.
Delivery
Straight after payment you land on a private download page. The link is yours; keep it to download again. Downloads stay open for at least 12 months.
Refunds and faults
If a file does not open, or a document has a fault of ours, write to us and we fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. A refunded order's download closes.
Your answers
We keep your answers with your order so the file can be made again when you download it, plus the order reference and payment status. Stripe holds your card, email and billing details. We delete unpaid orders after 48 hours, and a paid order's answers 2 years after purchase or earlier if you ask us. No cookies, no trackers.
