How do you make the courses?

1 min readUpdated 31 October 2026

We write each course with AI, from the test's own rules, handbooks and laws. Every number or legal statement is matched word for word against a saved copy of its source, and if one is missing the site will not build.

Where do the facts come from?

From the original documents: the AESAN guidance and EU regulations for food handlers in Spain, the RN OSCE candidate handbook, and the TCF Canada pages of France Éducation international and IRCC. We save a dated copy of each, with its SHA-256 fingerprint, so we can show what it said on the day we checked.

Who writes the questions?

We do. Practice questions and scenarios are our own. We never use real, leaked or remembered exam questions.

How are the facts checked?

By the build itself, every time. Each fact carries a phrase copied from its saved source, and the build compares the two before anything goes live. That is the check we rely on, so every fact links to its source and you can read it yourself.
