Can I pay for anything yet?
No. Nothing on Aptia Skills can be bought today, and no page asks for card details. When certificates open, payment will be handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.
What will cost money?
Only things you keep, starting with the food-handler certificate, planned at €9.90 including VAT. Full nursing and French courses are planned too, with prices not set.
Will there be a subscription?
No. The plan is one-off payments. Each price will be shown before you pay, with exactly what you get.
What about refunds?
The refund terms will be on the terms page before anything is sold. Your rights under consumer law apply either way, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
Someone asked me to pay you. Is it real?
No. If an email, message or call asks you to pay Aptia Skills today, it is not from us. Do not pay, and forward it to [email protected] so we can warn others.
